There will be check points throughout the course. Please make sure that your number is visible to the race officials. For the 10K race there will be markers at the 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 mile distances.

The course is supervised by the Royal Oak Police Department with aid stations located at the start, finish, and throughout the course. Medical teams from Henry Ford Medical Centers will be available throughout the course. Medical team members can be identified by their WHITE Oak Apple Run T-shirts and hats.

Water will be available at the start and at the 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 mile markers. Finish line refreshments are provided by McDonalds.

The race is sanctioned by the Road Runners' Club of America and the course is certified by The Athletic Congress (TAC).

2 Mile Fun Run/Walk
A flat loop on Fourth Street from Main to Wilson and back.

10 K Run
The race starts and finishes in downtown Royal Oak. It's a fast, flat loop through shaded park, city and residential areas.
